In most beauty salons and spa's, appointments are booked back to back with little time inbetween. This often means that your treatment time gets eaten up with greeting, consultation and getting on and off the bed. Ive seen this happen time and time again in the many spa's and salons I've worked in meaning your treatments can be cut short by 5-10mins, sometimes more.

This is one of the main reasons I decided to open my own private clinic. I want you to get the full treatment time you've booked. When you book the 60-minute session, thats exactly what you receive - the hands on treatment starts as soon as the chime sounds when your on the bed.

The only exception being is if you are running late; however I will always do my best to try to accommodate and give you as much of your booked treatment time as time allows.
